WEEK 2 Reflection
During this week we have been discussing about search engines which have been really interesting and important to get to know them due to the fact that I just knew about GOOGLE. I am sure I have been missing a great tool to search information like Noodle is.
Every interactive conversation we have had with our partners has been productive since we have known more about the other search engines they suggested. Additionally I hope my suggestions have also been of some help to find activities for students.
About ABCD method, I can say that it is new for me to start using it. It is useful due to the fact that it focuses on the main four aspects that direct the learning goals. Those aspects are as follow: students, what we expect from them, the context where learning will happen and finally establish clear parameters about how much we want them to produce. I find the ABCD method very helpful to write clear learning aims.
I would appreciate it if you comment on my description about Step 1, Describe a Class for my final project since I need to make sure if it is a good topic to be developed.
As I mentioned about technology in my workplace we have it but I would like to use technology to have students practice English out of the classroom as well.
This week has been very productive because we have learned how to write leaning aims, and how to use the best search engines according to teachers and students needs.

I agree with you, Students needs to know how to make the best investigations through the search engines and If we inform them about other alternatives and they will use other technological strategies.
You know the technology is complicated, but it is necessary, due to the students dominate all kind of technology: hardware and software and We, teacher must know the advantages in order to teach with innovation strategies help with technology.
I believe my project has future, in first time because in that school, students are from rural area before they haven´t had a English teacher and you know that I love my students and I like to sing with them and in this way to teach and to share my knowledges about English language.
I think that project has future besides you are an excellent teacher and you have clear ideas about teaching and methology.

ReplyDeleteYou have indeed been busy this week. Comments are coming to all for tasks and project steps. Still it helps a lot to read what others have written, and to rad the comments posted there. Much can be learned from that method, especially more global ideas about the projects and tasks.
